Seems to remember there was a data leak problem here a few months ago.

Okay. I am wondering why I just am now seeing this. I changed my password, just to be safe.

I think they maintain a database somewhere of websites with known breaches, and if the web browser notices that you have a saved password for the site this warning comes up. A good thing.

Google Chrome also allows for password breaching check.
It's embedded at the top of the saved passwords management page.
