    recently I changed companies, license was restored through helpdesk, but now i see my username still on woongeluk, which has to be changed. where do I do this?

    Did you write us before? Is there a ticket number?
    It will be best if you mention your e-mail addreses - old and new and your old and new usernames, another screenshot of the license server web status page "127.0.0.1:30304" could help us too.
