i agree...the arch gallery is strange...looks more like computer game environments than architectual pics printed in mags etc.

yeah... some of them do have a bit of an 'in game' feel about them.
i just think there are too many similar renders. there are nearly 150 images in the arch section alone! and close to 300 in the entire gallery!
i can't see many people going past the first couple of pages...when the going gets weird, the weird turn pro - hunter s. thompson

That was my first thought too. And when I selected "all images", the first few pages were a man, ostrich, some really nasty flowers, etc. Not sure whether they represent very old work or super low poly game models or what, but if I were shopping rendering engines based on gallery images I wouldn't even bookmark this one. Sad too, since there is so much excellent work produced daily with vray. I think a total of 50-60 images should cover every discipline with some stand out examples.sigpic

Site looks great!! Much brighter feel.
But to me there is still a lack of information. Sure there is a gallery, although i think alot of the pictures need to be taken out. as they hardly show the power of vray, i would rather have 10 different picture that make me go f**king WOW than 100 that are just OK, plus all the dates are screwed up, I doubt that all those images were done on 29th April. And not enough information about the products.
And vray only has 5 lines written about it. Seems abit spares to me.
The features area should be fleshed out with more details, and accompanying pictures/videos to show the effects/features. As we all know a picture tells a thousand words.
And poor old pheonix, barely anything written about it and all its got is a purchase button. I would need much more convincing if i were to buy that.
Anyway its certainly a great change compared to the previous sites.
Just keep building on it.
<edit>
Woohoo, i can finally post again... stupid server time

I agree with all of you - most notably that the overwhelming images aren't representative of the impressive quality possible with Vray.
