well as long as they're using legitimate software then maybe. But all it will take is one chinese graphics house to get caught red handed with oodles of pirated software and itll sour everyone on them Ill bet. Everyone knows, china has this incredibly insensitive and ridiculous idea that they can pirate anything and everything they desire... When the governments doing it, what is it saying to its people??
