Request for quote?

Is anyone else getting a request for quotes from a company calling themselves A-House Team? The email URL goes to a Russian war crime site. I always quickly look into companies looking for a quote, so I am not helping someone else quote their project, without actually asking me to help them out. I have reached out directly to them for a website URL, but I get no replies.
