Point elevations

I have a PDF with contours, but no contour elevations; just hundreds of point elevations. Has anyone been able to create a site plan in MAX using point elevations?

If I understand you correctly then yeah, I did it a few times by annoyingly and laboriously creating tape measures in Max at those points and eyeballing the
landscape planes. Not ideal and there is probably a script for it that can take points and mesh those.

Even worse, all I have is PDF's. I told the client that I need contours with elevations. I like less work, not more.
