  • WOT: AMD X2 gamers...

Just a note to anyone who is running an X2 and plays games. If you are having strange troubles with a game try changing the affinity to assign cpu0 only to the game once its running. I had some seroius issues with the flatout demo and heard some others with issues with BF2. I tried assigning only 1 cpu to flatout and it ran like a charm. Im not saying it will cure all your troubles but mite be worht a shot...

ALso seems to make a difference if you have the E4 or the E6 revision.
Less people are having the stuttering problems with the E6 revision of the X2 cpu.
Another potential work around I saw, was to install the x2 driver from the AMD website. Worth a shot.
I persoanlly havnt had any stuttering what so ever with my X2 and its an E6 revision.

Flatout is a great game hey so much fun.
