  • Favorite architectural magazine?

I'm curious as to what you read to get inspiration for your renderings.

I don't subscribe to any magazines either, but I'm looking for some mainly for a variety of quality architectural photos to study.

Playboy, those pictures are taken in rooms aren't they? Sounds like a good prospect!

For usually excellent architectural pornograhpy, check out A+U, Japan Architect, (http://www.japan-architect.co.jp/eng...top_frame.html)El Croquis (http://www.elcroquis.es/default.asp). For details, check out Detail, an outstanding german mag, for som very interesting theory: http://www.patrikschumacher.com/ and the Praxis magazine (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...83269?v=glance). Thats probably much more than u asked for..

well my main client does tonnes of colonial styled stuff so no chance of me actually getting to work on a modern looking style
