By selling pirated software that doesnt cost them a dime...most of those "OEM" or "DSP" or whatever stores are jsut selling pirated software. Even if it WAS OEM Versions it would be illegal to sell them...as it´s part of the OEM Licenses that the software may only be distributed TOGETHER with the actual Hardware.

Don't you mean, "If it is too good to be true it probably is."

Otherwise you have said that this is a good deal and that it is legitimate.

Yep Morbid but I'm my own boss and I buy my own softwares, that's why I want to be sure of this kind of advertize

and as you know my power of translation is limited

so I need more info on this.

Hmm . . . well Canadian or not, your boss should be saying the phrase the way I wrote it. Otherwise he will be making people think that he means bad things are good rather than bad things are bad. Hence, the "is" rather than "isn't" at the end of the phrase. I don't want to sound picky, but the phrases mean exactly the opposite to each other and all the more important to understand if you are esl!

2. Does DSP software come with a COA (Certificate Of Authenticity) label?
Since DSP software is used for building large computer systems, it does not go with any COA.

3. Will it be possible for me to get any updates from the sites of the software manufacturers?
Most manufacturers allow upgrades for DSP versions.
However you may have problems with getting some of the DSP programs updated.
