  • Backburner frame update in real time ?

    Hi all,
this is most likly a dsmax specific question but... :

Is it possible, when you split your render using Backburner, to localy see a real time updated resulting image?

For now I must wait the rendering end to see the final result of all the splitted images sticked together

you could manually photoshop the pieces

you could install vnc or some other remote desktop prgram, and log into each of the slaves, to check their progress!

        this works pretty well

yep I allready do that and control my others pcs over the Internet.
But what I would like to do is to see the resulting image directly on my main computer in the rendering frame buffer.
Obvously I dont think Backburner allow that.

I put this request in the wishlist section at the MAX forum. Even just a little tiny popup window in the Queue monitor window. Something like a small (1"x1") two colour vfb...red squares/lines for finished buckets or scanlines that would pop up on mouse over.
