  • animated camera from c4d to max ??!!

    hi everyone
    i ve been trying to import an animated camera from c4d to max as .fbx
    it s been impossible to make it work
    everything comes in but the camera seems like its always inverted (path, xyz, rotations etc).
    i have tried all the possible combinations in the settings with no luck
    does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing?
    is there another method to import an animated camera from c4d?
    i would really appreciate any help on the subject

    Just model a simple geometry like an arrow and align it to your camera, link it and bake the animation of the polyarrow, so that in the end you have an arrow that is not parented to another node and has a keyframe for rot/trans on each frame. This should usually export without problems and you can relink a camera inside Max.
