Looking for somebody to setup HDRI and materials in scene

Hello,
I was hoping that somebody here would be able to quote a price for the following.

I have a scene which I need HDRI lighting setup and two types of materials created - semi-gloss powdercoat finish and pitted-matt plastic.
I'll then take these materials and adjust the colour to create a library of our colour pallett.
