We are tentatively looking for visualisation assistant candidates and wondered where people advertise this kind of thing - I'm not sure if it is 'the done thing' to advertise here on the forum, but we need someone who is talented and withing commuting distance of Oxford, UK, so advertising on international sites is pretty much a no go.

    Any ideas?
    Kind Regards,
    Richard Birket

MSN addresses are not for newbies or warez users to contact the pros and bug them with
stupid questions the forum can answer.

Using Freelancers is ok, but gets expensive and to be honest i need someone sitting next to me so you can iron out the mistakes before they happen.

Agree with you there. Too much risk involved. However:

For the right price (air fare) I am seriously tempted!

If anyone is interested in a position as Visualisation Assistant in a small Oxfordshire-based company, please send appropriate samples of work via email (use PM).

The candidate must have exceptional skills in the 3D modelling aspects of AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Vray and Photoshop. Though an architectural background is not absolutley necessary, you must be able to understand architectural drawings.

We work on a wide range of projects: from industrial warehouse buildings to high class HQ offices, from PFI schools and hospitals to F1 testing facilities. We aim at the highest standards, and often push new techniques in this ever evolving industry.

Now, lets see what you've got!
                      Kind Regards,

We've had some luck with the cgarchitect job board and forum. (I say And, as there is two seperate sections for some reason)
