color question

its maybe a stupid question,
but when i want to have the RGB Values of a speficic color, for example this Red, i take a screenshot of it, and pic it in photoshop.
but does the color adjustment of the monitor affect the RGB values?

No it won't. Windows isn't aware of the colour settings of the monitor. the only thing that might make a difference is colour management settings inside of photoshop - if photoshop by default assigns a colour management profile to the screenshot when you paste it in, there may be a difference in colour to the red that you took a screenshot from in the first place. you should be able to see it though.
