WinXP 64-bit Network hangs

same problem here with xp 64 and 4gb of ram when memory-remapping is enabled in the bios (dfi nf4 ultra-d), else there are only 3,5gb available).
network-connects hanging with max, but explorer and other stuff works.
when disabling memory remapping averything is fine (exept the missing 0.5gb)
any ideas on this? newest bios, newest drivers in use ....
