Really? No CG?? that really surpises me. When I first saw this I thought "wow, that would be pretty easy to do in in CG". That and what suprised me was that other than the mailboxes and the trashcan, there didn't seem to be any deflection on objects from the bouncy balls. I would have suspected the cars to shake a bit.
