Rearranging MSOs

I have a bunch of low-poly houses. They were modeled in SU by material with MSOs. Their materials have the same names, but they come in in different positions within the MSO. (For example: House A has 1=Glass, 2=Roof, 3=Siding... and House B has 1=Doors, 2=Glass, 3=Railing...)

Is there a way to rearrange the material IDs and the material positions so I can use the same MSO across all these models?
