          Thanks guys.

jacksc02, do you know how "3dsMax8_RealDWG_2007.msp" compares to the Mechanical Desktop Object Enabler that we currently use?

          Cheers!

              Hi Guys,
I've kind of got a (big) problem here.... Max 8 imports the DWGs from both MDT2005 and MDT2007, except the models all import as Editable Splines and not Editable Mesh'.

              Heeeelp!
Our Autodesk support guys are all away on a conference in New Zealand at the moment and we have to complete this upgrade in order for a new drafting member to start on Monday next week

              Thanks guys.

                          Thanks Chris,
That should be in your inbox shortly.

In the mean time, I wonder... would our Acad 2007 license allow us to install a "copy" of Acad 2005 until such time that we can resolve the problem?

It's not like Autodesk are poor, they just received a $24,000 lump sum from us....
