OK, theories about what's going on in Lost.

At first I thought they were all actually dead, and in some kind of Purgatory. But it's got to be that they are all involved in some kind of human experimentation.

I know what you mean. It's similar to the first series of 24 and (if you're old enough to remember) Twin Peaks.

I can tell you there is a master plan. The script itself is not all written but that doesnt mean that the storylines arent either. All is connected and happens for a reason. What its not clear is the way to show it in the episodes.
Besides this, theres a whole new game online called the lost experience, which gives u clues about the show in selected websites all along the net. Even if its quite nerdy, you learn a lot about history, mithology, and some science areas
And oh well, Lost is the show which is closest to film quality i ve ever had the pleasure to watch

Back to topic, something really big is happening in this island

havent been able to get into Lost or 24, both come highly recommended but IMHO Sopranos is king of the series, capeesh!

The only similarity between lost and twin peaks is that you wanna know what's going on. For the rest the two series are completely different in every aspect imo.

Is it true that there will be a season 3 and 4 for lost? If so, I'm not sure if it will stay interesting enough to watch. They're stretching it out a lot already.
