new 3d animated people website - where? what?

i may be mad but i swore i saw an advert last week for a bunch (100/200?) of animated people. i think they were licensing them for a 2/3k US.

does anyone remember/know of the site? it was a site i've never seen before. it wasnt the usual suspects like dosch or lowpoly or axyz or got3d.

i think i saw it on cgarchitect but can't find it again.
