    Hi Jonas,

Very similar to a strawberry leaf but not exactly hi-res. It has diffuse, opacity and bump on different layers.

me too, but since we have a major heatwave going on they might not be looking "that" good

            just a sec...

            *ouch*
            burned my feet...
theyre quite ok, but a bit glossy due to the high-noon sun
just converting from raw to jpeg
            upload will take a while...

jpeg at quality 95, 8bit, cropped to the leaf
if you need more quality, i can offer canon camera raw
                coming in slowly:

                one more
                growing one, not so glossy

need some photos of the strawberries?

ps: my balcony isnt of much use these days, its facing south and you cant really get out until it's night

thats the good thing about living on a nice tropical island. the ocean winds cool things down so we dont get heat waves like larger countries do. the bad thing about living on a tropical island....no strawberries and the importe dones cost alot and i do so love to eat strawberries.

ah well, i woke up late
I have a full blow veggie garden at the back of the house with vines, peaches, plums, mapos (cross between apple and pear), blackcurrants, strawberries, apples, onions, carrots, tomatoes, leeks, few types of salads, roses, sage, thyme, rosemary, olive, and whatnot.
I could do a full service if anyone wishes...

here in hamburg, you have about 1 lovely month where you can buy 500g strawberrys for about 1€. but the other 11 month you get 1g for about 500€

and same for all great fruits.

i miss my old property. we used to have guava trees, mango trees, tangerine, manderine, almond, breadfruit, golden apples, avacodo pears, limes, lemons, grapefruit, shaddock (which is actually the original form of what most peole call a grapefruit but 2 or 3 times larger), bajan cherry (which is nothing like the normal cherrys you know. a bajan cherry actualy is the best natural source of vitamine C in the world. http://poweredby.10best.com/trivia.p.../OID_B667E5F4/ )

now i live in an appartment that has a very health growth of concrete around it i miss my fruit trees.

uuh guavas are one of the best fruits i now.
i remember when i was in india, i picked the fruits from the trees directly into the mouth.... :P hmm

but when i returned i've try'd one here from the supermarket, it was the last time i eat one.
