IES files

I've been trying to use IES files in certain situations and I find that I spend more time trying to point them in the right direction than anything else.

Does anyone here have the same issue or am I missing something?

You can use the light target, no?

I normally do mate.... but I swear that the light orientation doesnt always mach with your target
