    Dongle question

    Hi Chaos, or more Apropriate Ave Chaos Group

    I did not purchased Vray from you guys, but from other company

    I have already replyed to your email for ordering the dongle, and received confirmation from you guys

    Do I have to contact them as well, or this was enough?

    If you got the initial confirmation email then its pretty much a waiting game till the dongles start shipping...

      We will get back to you with details on how you will get your dongle. Most likely you will get it from the company from which you purchased V-Ray.
