Weird spinner values

Lately when I enter values in any of the spinner/value boxes that accept feet and inches it seems to subtract one foot from the value. If I enter in 24' it replaces it with 23', if I enter in 240 (inches) it list it as 19', if I enter 241 (inches) it replaces it with 19'1"!! I can't think of what I changed or how this is happening. I'm workin in Viz 2005. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I've had that before but I don't remember the fix, it was a long time ago.
Maybe delete your ini file?
