  • max9 DWG import mess

anyone using the new max9 dwg importer?
i can't get it to import hatches properly.
the new options for colors, materials, etc, look cool, but my hatches are a mess...
regardless of the autocad DWG version.

I'm convinced that Autodesk don't care about interoperability between acad and 3dsmax.

actually it works fine. i just had to change an option in the archicad dwg exporter.
the max9 dwg importer is not bad at all. it got new options how to create objects from line color, etc.

            jacksc02,
i use hedges to quickly convert a colored 2d landscape plan to flat meshes...for grass areas, roads etc...
            saves quite some modeling time.
