Suggestions for buying Photoshop People?

I'm certain I've seen people's recommendations on this here before, but I can't locate the threads. Our firm has never placed people into our scenes, but I think we're ready to start with the post-processed method (I struggle enough just with architectural scenes, and i don't need RPC people to worry about yet...) Thanks for any advice.

I personnaly like to take my own pictures, of coworkers, so I can place them into the right posture and light conditions.... Cheaper and more efficient

No pool scenes here, but you are sure giving me, lets say, some really pleasing mental images...
