  • Advice on Armari PC

    Hi guys

I don't have a heap of money or time to build anything but i like the look of this pc from Armari: http://www.armari.co.uk/system.asp?SysID=841

Can anyone who knows components inside out let me know if this is a good buy or a piece of crap?

    Thanks, Nik

    Hi Nik

Amari are good and the spec looks good, but I have just got a mega deal from xworksinteractive.com. If you give them your budget they will sort you out the best machine for the money, worth a try. Speak to Brian Lee.

    Cheers

        Hey Nik

Been using their machines for years, no problem and the support is very good. I would change the graphics card to a 7950 though only an extra £66 and also go 64bit on the os.

The price seems about right. The PSU is on the lower side of power - especially if you want a better graphics card. The graphics card isn't the latest but the latest will cost more. The rest of the internals seem pretty decent. I question what RAM manufacturer they are using - I've learned my lesson and stay far away from cheap RAM.
