Opteron 2000 series

    Opteron 2000 series

    Does anybody know about these processors? Are they faster than the 200 series? Boxx now only uses the 2000 series in their rackmount servers, but I can't really find a comparison between them and the 200's.

    Seems to be faster than a 2XX series but I'm not sure what the SPECfp benchmark is measuring.

      Cool, thanks. I haven't heard of anybody that is using them yet. Maybe people are choosing the Intel Xeon Woodcrest's over these.
