Can i ask fabrizio why you are trying to sell your vray? ...
Even if someone did buy it they wont be able to license it cos its still attached to your MAC address ! and you will still be able to use it.
So I can't sell my license? is it true?
I have changed my job and I have no time to use vray.
Bye.

The problem with software is that you lease it, you don't actually buy it. If you bough it, you would have rights to the code as well. You can thank Bill Gates for coming up with that one. That is why Microsoft is so much bigger than IBM, and not the other way around.
yeah I respect Gates and his stance on charity, also I believe he is giving a minute fraction of his wealth to his child(ren?) so he/she will actually appreciate the value of money and wont turn into a self-absorbed little prima donnas, not that I am jealous or anything!!!!!!

Ah, i wish i had that view on the Gate.
His charity's under some serious observation (LA times, i believe) of late for funding polluters and war-starters (big oil companies and the like) to raise money.
He funded 218 million dollars to buy vaccines for polio and measles for the kids in the Niger delta area, which sounds so very charitable.
But he invested also 423 million dollars into Royal Dutch Shell, Eni, Exxon Mobil, Chevron and Total, which are the prime responsible for the many respiratory illnesses in the area (not to mention the raping of a culture for the sake of oil and profits)
Of course, him being a media king in many a way, it took a few years to discover but one of the hypocrisies of these charitable funds.
To me it's a question of hands on approaches, or let go.
Never in history money solved issues.
It was always and only people that did.
And those who do, do not advertise it.

If he hadn't done it, someone else would have.....

I am a fan of Bill Gates and Warren Buffet - I really think they are making a difference, they are great examples to us all. It takes alot of balls to turn to your children and say - "eh yeh we are multimillionaires and all but you better get off your arse and do some work, you ain't getting my money" - it really is the expection rather then the rule and applaud them for it.
I am sure anybody who is in business has something to be ashamed of and they mighten even know they are guilty of investing in a company that had blood on it's hands. The truth is if you are investing in the stock market ( especially here in the States where you really have to because your retirement plan 401K is hopefully growing there ) you would need to be an investigative journalist to make sure you weren't supporting a rogue company or two.
I used to have money in a fund that had shares in Caterpillar one day my brother sent me an article on the companies behaviour in Israel (selling heavy machinery to the army to knock down civilian housing) I moved out of that fund the next day but those shares probably did pretty well for that fund and I probably made some money off them in the process. If I had of know at the time what that company was doing I would never have invested in it. The Bill Gates thing could be the same issue on a much, much bigger scale.
In the end of the day, most of the biggest Charities, Hospitals and trusts where set up by people who got their money somehow ( Getty was no wilting violet - but the Getty Center an amazing resource ) I'm just glad when they pass it along to people other then their usually fat spoilt children - you see alot of that in Los Angeles and it ain't pretty.
Well I think Jobs is a complete tool, and Gates well he is alright.
Atleast Gates doesnt get up on stage and makes a bunch of slightly toilet train monkeys clap all the time with phrases such as "bam" and "gorgeous"
(was just watching the Apple keynote over my bosses shoulder)

haha, hear that, I heard Jobs on the radio this morning going on about the Ipod/Phone/browser thingy, from the reaction of the audience you would swear he had solved global warming and secured world peace. Bunch of muppets!
