Anyone know of a way to find out the name of the max file used to submit a job to backburner ? The backburner logs appear to only show the job name that was submitted. Any ideas ?
Not that i knew either, but if it's either still in the queue or only archived instead of deleted then you can extract the submitted file from the network folder on your manager. In the Jobs dir find the corresponding directory and inside you'll find a zip that contains the original maxfile.
Well the real problem is that there are many versions of this job, and we cant tell wich max file is for the animation rendered. The last work on this project was 3-4 months ago. I guess I will just open the max files until I
find the correct one. From now on I will create a text file for each job submitted, and match the max file name with the job in Q name.
