need some lofting tutorials! PLS

Can someone direct me to a good lofting tutorial? I am trying to do most of my site modeling in Max now and I am struggling with getting a curb to loft around a shape that I copied from my editable poly from the outline of the parking lot. If anyone has some suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks tct70 - I actually had downloaded those pdf tutorials. I took another look at them and they helped me out a bit. Thanks for the jogging of the memory.
