it looks quite cool, does not support CMYK though wich is a bit of a pain.

Ill stick with Picasa for the meantime.

I used it for quite some time and it has very powerfull features, although compared to rawshooter it is very slow, I hope they have it fixed in the final version, they have bought rawshooter and their programmers so there is still hope.

mdi: if you can stick with picasa then I'm not sure you know what lightroom is, it's only a program to convert/develop photos which picasa really isn't. Also last time I checked a couple of months ago picasa had no cmyk support either, it could show cmyk images but they had VERY stange colors.

Just tried to import an HDR..... no joy.... I guess that's gonna be a reason to get lightroom and CS3

yeah, i know theres a fair bit of difference, but i only really use picasa for browsing and the ocational colour adjustment/sharpening etc...and yes, picasa cannot show cmyk accuratly, the colours are all out of wack it still shows them, lightroom does not even do that. Everything i do is for print, so its kinda not usfull as it could be sence it can only see 70% of the images I neet to adjust
