Best 3d Paint App?

What's the best 3d paint application out there? I need to make a purchase in the next few weeks.

I'm currently thinking its either BodyPaint and Modo.

Modo is pretty good. I never used body paint, But I like modo.

Does MB do paint? I thought it was sculpture only.

I do like bodypaint and it seems it's the standard tool when it comes to some of the biggest studios out there like Blur.
