timeline to PAL

hi there,
anbody knows how to set the timeline in max to PAL (25 frames) by default?
looked into preferences and max.ini, but havn't found anything.

Make a max file set to whatever your amount of normal frames is, set the fps to 25 and then save the file as maxstart.max in the root of your max install.
