max plugin that creates windows blinds...?

Hi all,
I lost this plugin, cannot find it anymore.

It creates rectangles, of different size, along different floors, for different number of windows.

It was parametric, really cool, a sort of greeble, but to make blinds behind windows....

It was made by some german guy, I think, but cannot rememeber the exact name of the plugin...

Anyone remembers?
