Oh, guys. You can't even imagine my confusion
Urgently need to make kinda rope. Well, the headphones cable. Left start vertex must follow dummy object, while right end vertex must be locked in one position.
I tried bones system, applied physique modifier to already sweeped spline, selected the bones and started to guess how to use IK with 'em.
After several hours of reading max manual, came to shite, as I can't make the first bone to follow dummy object. When I select "bind" from IK Hierarchy menu to link one bone to dummy - nothin' happens
Even if I press "apply IK". But I urgently need to make that damn rope. Reactor makes pretty nice results, but I don't know how to link three splines together in one rope 
Even used hands.dll, to manually edit the bones, but that's a pain in arse, when you need to make 14 shots (25 frames each) till the end of monday
Plz help, if anyone is familiar with bones
