  • Quadro Fx 4500 and Colors

Well....After that long drawn out process with the 8800 and power supplies...We opted to get the 4500. I really wanted the 4600....but it reallt didnt matter...SO....I now have the 4500 which we got around $1000 from Dell.....They really hooked us up and actually took back the 8800. So.....The nvidia Taskbar has some color correction profiles I can load. Would this be something I should do? Will this help me match my print to monitor output? Just looking for some feedback.

    Thanx

Yes, you can use these to calibrate your monitor but I'd recomend to do it with some profiler like "spyder" or even adobe gamma calibration (that is if you have photoshop). Than you can save your profile and set it in "color managment" panel to load every time you start your PC. I found Nvidia calibration a bit awkward to work with. My driver version is 5.70.02.15.02
