Earth/dirt/ground map

Anyone know where I can get a deasent map for dirt? Im constantly working on Oil drilling down hole simulations and most of the maps Im using just are not cutting it. Anyone know if there is a procedural map that mite do it or even some "good" maps that I can stitch together?

er ya thanks buddy I tried most of those as 90% of them ar on my own links page so I dont have to wade through all the posts...

plus was hopeing that maby some sort of procedural map could be used.

Ahh procedural right. hmmm will see what I have... i recall seeing a dirt on somewhere...

I did find one on the darktree site but when I loaded it up in my scene it looked like crap
