    is there a way to strech out keyframes in max? (if you made a animation with a lot of keyframes, how can i make it go slower/faster?) hope this make sense

    Yes, there is. use the curve editor.

          Also in the time slider at the bottom, if you highlight the keys you want to alter there is a bar running the length of your selection apears below them with a node on either end. draging either node will increase/decrease the number of frames between keys also.

              and lets not forget the ease curve - lets you apply an override curve on your keyframe track which you can then adjust with new bezier points/curves - kinda weird but fun
