task manager woes

Hmmm...Well...Shouldn't everything in the TM add up to the Committ Charge.
I am not running anything at all now and I am still using 600 megs....After a reboot I can get it down to around 350. Is there a hidden memory cleaner thingy button? LOL I have 51 processes. What do you guys usually have?

Eric, I'm not sure about the memory numbers but I thought I'd throw out there a nod for process explorer (http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sys...sExplorer.mspx) in lieu of the Task Manager. It's been ages since I've used the normal Windows task manager as it's kind of limited compared to this. PE gives a much better picture of what's going on in my opinion.
