gigabit switch silent

Can anybody recommend a silent Gigbit Switch as i have a Dell Switch at the moment that sound like a jet engine in my office. It is difficult to concentrat with all the fan noise from the render slaves and "The Switch".

Netgear are fantastic IMO

I have a small 6 port gigabit switch at home.. which is fanless .. so yeah.. silent.. but I assume you need more than 6 ports
And a business grade switch.. so yeah look at netgears range.. give them a call as well.. last time I did for a return they were extremely helpfull.
