  • Win 64 in a macbook pro

Has anyone try to use win 64 in a MBP I just bought one and I wonder which windows should I install, I'll be running Max and Vray.

    Cheers

Don't use WinXP 64 on the Apple laptop, there aren't drivers for things like the touchpad and screen brightness. Stick with XP 32bit

Re: Win 64 in a macbook pro

There have been reports of vista 64 able to run on a mac pro. Not sure about xp64. As for the mac book pro, search the forum below. I've read it mentioned, but I'm not sure you can do it.

You can run it... there just aren't drivers available for a couple of key components like the trackpad, screen controls, laptop keyboard, etc.
