  • Conceptual dwg for Architects and etc...

My boss and I were chewing the fat the other day and he brought up an idea. He wants a program that is very simple in nature. Instead of him sketching up a "Program" on paper with basic room sizes and data. He would like to do it on computer and have it adhere to some basic things...For instance...

Say he has a house plan for a client and the bedroom wants to be 200 sq. ft. Then he wants to change the shape of the room, BUT hold the 200 sq ft. Stretch one side it moves the other....etc...I was telling him the ADT has the Concept massing tools and Spaces and stuff...But I want sure what else was out there. Would Revit have something or do I already have all those tools available in ADT? Thanx again
