Is the Chaos support staff still alive?

I've sent a couple of (imo polite, and official) emails to vray@chaosgroup.com, but no reply for like two whole weeks now. I know support can be a little slow in summer, but two weeks without *any* reply is a bit frustrating.

heya putyi - try sending vlado a pm too, sometimes mails get trapped in the spam filters.

Thx, I've tried that in the first place once (requesting RC builds, thought this is not a support related request, so tried to contact Vlado himself, and not spam the support inbox with such things), but since Vlado didn't answered the PMs in a week -must have been busy, can totally understand that, so... - I've mailed to the support section, and got a reply almost immidiately. Back than, everything went fine and smooth, did a couple mail exchanging with vray@chaosgroup, so this is why im bothered now, now that we are having issues related to officially supported softvare.

Hmm, we have emailed vray@chaosgroup.com several days ago to get our licenses upgraded on the dongle so we can start using 1.5 final. Without a response after several days I was trying to be patient but this isn't encouraging.
