  • quadro fx 3500

    new computer, 64 bit, and it has the quadro fx 3500. I'm experiencing problems with this card. I dumped the direct x 9 and went to OGL which solved a bunch of problems but now that i have installed vray, it is back to not responding....meaning no display...no useable max. The driver for it is the latest. I have set the nvidia settings to max but just making a box and adding a vray light and sky made the graphics display die. Anyone have similar experiences?

    Hi mikeh.

    I'm running a fx 3500 using direct x and it works fine in both
    max 9 and 2008, both 64 bit, not had a problem with it.

        @mikeh,
        have you tried using the maxtreme driver? at least for some cases I have found it more reliable from both OGL and D3D
