realplayer into other video format?

So here s my problem i ve recorded some pod cast news from national tv with real player, now i d like to send it over some other people...is it possible to convert to a mosr "usual" video file? or to somehow integrate it into some flash playable animation? i can t import the *.ivr files into anything!

you can always record it with camtasia for example en from there convert it to anything you want.
