Photo images to use for a Composite

Looking for a high-res photo of a downtown city corner to composite a high-rise building I've modeled. Anyone know of good royality free website for high-res photography like this?

www.sxc.hu has alot of royalty free images, but I don't know what you call high-res?
Most of them are around 2500 x something
