Somebody trying to hack our Vray accounts?

So far they got some information, at least they know my name, my user name (download area) my business email, my personal one and maybe my passwords.

This is the automatic email generated by our server if you use the forgotten password link; the email was also sent by our server directly to you. It is unlikely that this information ever got to anyone else.

The problem appears to be because the script for the forgotten password allowed to reset these even if you do not know specific user names and emails.

Yep; use the new forgotten password link to generate a new password, or email us to vray@chaosgroup.com and we will do that for you.
