I am searching high quality vray leaf materials (diffuse, opacity, refl, refraction, bump map...) with correct sss (translucency) settings

btw. not found in vray-materials.de

no problem...go to google images and type in what ever specie you are looking for, download the appropriate image turn it into a map and pop it into the appropriate vray material. You are better off mapping it exactly to a mesh and not using alpha channels. I bring the images into autocad, trace them there and export the poly to max, turn it into a mesh, bend it or whatever and them array it around some onyxtree i've created...usually i array the leaves in clusters. hope that helps.
