3dsmax: simulating a ribbon band on a giftbox ?

Hello friends !

I would like to simulate a ribbon band on a gift box, but if I try the cloth modifier or even reactor, I can't get that band simluated like in real life.

Any link to a tutorial, settings, or any ideas how to do that ?
